Using MACROS

These terms apply to your use of the MACROS app and website. Use the app lawfully and do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its services. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device secure.

Not medical advice

MACROS is a food and nutrition tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a qualified health professional for advice about your health or diet.

Subscriptions and purchases

MACROS Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription for $2.99 (no trial), a yearly subscription for $19.99 with a 7-day free trial, or a $49.99 one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and available offers may vary by region and are shown by Apple before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. The yearly free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple processes billing and any refunds under its terms and policies.

The lifetime purchase unlocks the applicable Pro features as a one-time purchase for the Apple Account and app availability described at purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Sharing

Sharing is optional. Only share with people you choose and have permission to invite. Do not use sharing to harass, impersonate, or expose another person's information without consent. You can revoke access or stop sharing in the app.

Apple's standard EULA

Use of the app downloaded from Apple's App Store is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), where it governs. See Apple's standard EULA.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable United States federal law.
